Water Cooled Component

   Water-cooled elbow is used for fume removal pipes connects to dedusting pipe on the electric arc furnace, or the ladle furnace, bring down the water temperature and protect the elbow and furnace when high temperature fume emission from furnace. Usually Water-cooled elbow is made of the boiler steel, after finish fabrication, annealing and water-test will be carried out for quality checking, welding stress as well eliminated by heat treatment.  

   Other water-cooled components like water-cooled jacket, water-cooled roof, water-cooled shell, are used in the heat concentrate area, which made of seamless pipe with water inside to bring down temperature so that the components life are guaranteed and operation safety are ensured.
